Terms of service

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are agreed before work begins. Where the scope of work changes once the job is underway, we will stop, explain what we have found and provide a revised price for your approval before continuing.

Payment is due on completion unless a stage payment schedule has been agreed in writing for larger projects. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge covering scheduled time.
