What this covers
Knob and tube removal
Ungrounded, brittle with age and unsafe to bury in insulation. We replace the runs and properly retire the abandoned conductors.
Aluminum branch circuit remediation
Aluminum expands and contracts at connections until they loosen and heat. We pigtail with approved connectors at every device.
Cloth and rubber insulated wiring
Mid-century insulation goes brittle and falls off the conductor when disturbed. Once it is crumbling in the box, the run is finished.
Adding grounded circuits
Two-prong outlets mean no equipment ground. We pull new grounded circuits so surge protection and modern electronics actually work.

How much does whole house rewiring cost in California?

Do I have to move out during a rewire?

How do I know if my California home needs rewiring?

Will you cut up my walls?
