Questions
Can you work outside our business hours in California?
Yes, and most of our commercial work does. Nights, early mornings and weekends are normal scheduling for California offices, restaurants and retail, and we do not price after-hours as a penalty rate. The point is that you open on time.
Do you handle three phase power?
Yes. Three phase distribution, motor circuits, machine feeds, transformers and panel work are core commercial work for us in California. Tell us the equipment nameplate data and we will size the feed correctly.
Can you help with a tenant improvement on a deadline?
Yes. We scope from the drawings, sequence around the other trades and tell you honestly what is achievable in the time available. We would rather flag a tight date early than miss it in California.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance contracts?
Yes. Scheduled panel inspections, thermal imaging, lighting maintenance and small-fault repair on a regular visit. It is far cheaper than emergency response, particularly for California facilities running equipment hard.
