Why we price flat

Hourly billing puts the risk of a difficult job onto the customer. If the fault takes three hours to trace instead of one, you pay for our learning curve. That never sat right with us.

So we quote the job. You get one number before anything starts, and if the work turns out harder than we expected, that is ours to absorb. The only time the number moves is when the scope genuinely changes, and when that happens we stop, show you what we found, and let you decide.

Diagnosis first, always

A surprising amount of electrical work is guesswork dressed up as expertise: replace the fixture, replace the breaker, replace the outlet, and eventually something works. It is expensive and it does not solve the underlying fault.

We trace faults methodically instead. Sometimes that means we arrive, spend forty minutes finding a nicked cable behind a bathroom wall, and charge for a small repair rather than the panel replacement someone else quoted.

What we work on

Emergency call-outs at any hour, panel upgrades and service changes, whole house rewiring, EV charger installation, standby generators, lighting, smart home wiring, commercial work and the everyday repairs that make up most of our week.
